Importing a CSV

I am having trouble importing a CSV file.

I manually created one listing and then exported a csv so that I have the correct format. I then add all my data to the file but I just keep getting the error “The uploaded file is not a valid csv file. Please try again.”

To make sure I wasn’t entering some sort of invalid data I just exported the file and tried to import it again without making any changes and I get the same error.

File is just a standard csv and Im using excel to edit

Ive attached a copy of the file

Any suggestions on what I might be doing wrong?
