New Install with Divi- Shortcodes don't work

I’ve just installed GeoDirectory to test, with hope of using it. At this point, I’m not able to get any of the shortcodes to work. Theme version DIVI 4.07. WordPress 5.3, Tried disabling all plugins. All I get is the shortcode. Can I get some ideas of why it might not be working?

That can happen with Divi if you have not used Divi code modules to build the templates and pages.
