Link different post types within listing?

    In my directory, I will have two custom post types. One is (for example) for dentists, and the other is for Dental clinics.

    Is it possible to have dentists X,Y,Z who work at dental clinic A, to be listed on one another’s page?

    Meaning, if you looked up the listing for Dental Clinic A, on the side bar it could say something like “Current Dentists: X,Y,Z” and a link to X,Y and Z’s individual listings?

    And if you looked at X’s page (or Y and Z) it could say something on the sidebar like “Works at: Dental Clinic A” and a link to the dental clinic’s page? Thanks guys!

    That is not possible. All I can think of is to create a custom HTML field where you can add details like that.

    Hi,

    Why??

    Wouldn’t it be possible to add code for:

    The user can list Places … or dental clinics in this case…
    ========================

    IF …. this Places listing owner has any listings in the new custom post type DENTISTS

    THEN …. list those Dentist …

    ELSE … NO DENTISTS LISTED

    (and restrict 1 places listing “Dental Office” for every registered user)

    ======================================

    Hey… if you could produce code to make this work… I’ll purchase wpgeodirectory asap!!

    I also would like for “users” to list a place “business” and optionally add the X amount of staff…. controlled by the listing package they choose.

    For example:

    1 Place “Business” + 1 staff member (custom post type)

    1 Place “Business” + 3 staff members (custom post type)

    1 Place “Business” + 10 staff members (custom post type)

    Could that be possible??

    Have a look at our Franchise addon: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/franchise-manager-add-on/

    It is only available to members for the moment, because it is still in Beta, but you could use it as “Dentist” for the main listing and “Staff” for all the staff members.

    Could you please explain how I possible could link an Dentist listing

    and in the content of that listing… get the Staff Listings displayed
    for that particular Dentist…

    Could I achieve that?
