When I try to submit new listings via the frontend it is just redirecting me to the homepage when I click “publish” and it is not saving or publishing the information. I am using an SSL certificate if that makes any difference.

So i’m assuming it is something to do with me transferring the site to the final domain (nsjvma.com) or something to do with the SSL certificate.
Any help in solving this would be much appreciated.
Thanks!
October 30, 2015 at 12:17 am #58479There is some customization of the add-listing page; you are by-passing the category requirement, so maybe it has something to do with that. I cannot figure it out. Do things work without your customizations?
October 30, 2015 at 12:26 am #58481No, it is still not working without the customizations. Everything was working fine on my test site with all of the customizations, now that I moved it over to the live site today I discovered it no longer works in my testing.
October 30, 2015 at 12:41 am #58483You have a number of re-direct plugins, and for example there are still redirect in place for old URLs:
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=redirect-updatesI suggest to de-activate all plugins you do not need, and see if that fixes things.
October 30, 2015 at 1:14 am #58485I tried deactivating all of my plugins except the Geodirectory plugin and add on plugins and removed all custom code from my functions.php and CSS styles and it still did not work. It just redirects to the home page.
October 30, 2015 at 1:28 am #58486I did another test by making a copy of the website and moving it over to a domain WITHOUT and SSL certificate and it worked fine. So I am thinking it has something to do with the SSL certificate. Any ideas?
October 30, 2015 at 3:11 am #58490No, not really, plenty of sites using SSL without any issues. It might be the way it is implemented on your site. Paolo will have a look when the sun shines in his part of the world.
October 30, 2015 at 4:13 pm #58563Hi,
did you find and replace the old URL with the new URL in your database after moving to the live server? (http to https included…)
We suggest to use a tool like this: https://interconnectit.com/products/search-and-replace-for-wordpress-databases/
Let us know,
Thanks
October 31, 2015 at 1:55 am #58632All of the URLs have been updated now, but it is still not working. Any other ideas on what to try?

alex can you/we please quickly disable all non GD plugins to see if one of them is the culprit? I see more than one redirect pluign that could be causing this.
If the problem goes away than you can re-activate plugin one by one to identify the offending one.
Let us know,
Thanks
October 31, 2015 at 5:19 pm #58671Hi Paolo,
I am positive it is not a plugin conflict. I have already done what you are suggesting and that did not fix it. However I believe I did just find the issue. I tried deleting my php.ini file and it works now. I not sure what the issue within the file is though. Could you take a look at the attached file and let me know if you see anything obvious that could be causing this?
October 31, 2015 at 5:20 pm #58672File did not attached. Here it is.
