Hello, we recently switched over to a separate server, and at one point the Merge on the MultiLocations settings was working.
However, it is now not displaying a button when we try to merge two locations. All plugins have been updated as well. I hope someone can help.

It was the page used in the example video

I can’t get the importer to connect, but it works on our website that uses just an http protocol.
Thank you for your reply.
So that we can better understand the issue, can you explain why the caching mechanisms of WordPress managed hosting plans are not compatible with GeoDirectory? Specifically, how does the caching impact a back-end admin function, which (at least to our understanding) should not be cached?
One of the compelling reasons for us to choose a WP managed hosting platform is the security, backup and caching features provided out of the box. We are a small company and the WP managed plan really streamlines the management and development of our websites. Are there other features of WP managed hosting platforms that are not compatible?
Unfortunately, we have invested a month in developing our new site around the GeoDirectory plugin and only recently ran into any issues with the WP managed hosting. To help others in our situation, it would be nice to know right out of the gate that the GeoDirectory plugin is not compatible with WP managed hosting.
This seems to be a great plugin that has much of the functionality we would like to have on our website, almost like it was custom made for what we are looking to do. Rather than tearing down our whole site and starting over, is there anything we can do to make it work?
Lastly, if we do end up moving to a regular hosting platform will we see performance issues without some sort of caching? We have used a standard hosting plan on other sites and had big issues with site performance without some sort of caching.
Thank you for helping us to better understand the issues involved and thanks again for your prompt replies.
Would you like to let us know what hosting you would recommend that would be compatible with GeoDirectory? Thanks in advance.

Hi,
I removed the extra locations and updated the plugins/add-ons but I am still having the same exact issue. What else can I do to troubleshoot at this point? Thanks

It is updated on the listing page, however on the “Best of” widget, it still shows a count of three reviews. I tried updating the widget and it still lists the wrong amount. This reply has been marked as private.Hi Guust,

I just discovered the “Best of” widget for the homepage and I think that is very similar to what we were looking for. -
