Thanks Guust,
I thought it must have been something related to deactivating and re-activating the plugins, as per the other settings – I should have considered that though!

Hi Paolo,
I think I will have only put in any code as part of setting up GA for GD listings, but will have a look and see if it might be an outdated version.
thanks,

Now I just need to figure if I can use something similar to stop facebook taking chunk of my load-time (without turning off social share for the rest of the site!)
Cheers,
AdrianThanks Stiofan

https://tools.pingdom.com/#!/cNOOvT/http://loopyfood.netI am aware there are one or two other speed issues, that I am working on – although I am also hoping to get a response on my other ticket about the top problem flagged (minimise request size), which appears to be a gd-booster issue 🙂
Thanks,
Adrian
February 25, 2017 at 10:05 am in reply to: Stopping google maps javascript from slowing page load #363816Thanks Paolo, I will give it a try – I assume in functions.php?
I have just got speed a bit faster by moving css from Custom CSS (Jetpack) to GDF Modern Child Stylesheet (something I had not known I could do until I stumbled on it after noting a 20 sec wait for Custom CSS!) and then turning off Jetpack’s Custom CSS – for info in case anyone less techy like me has same issue.
Still like to know about the pingdom report on booster?
Hi Paolo,
it is down to about 6 secs and 3.5 secs now for US/Sweden test servers respectively on pingdom – but the issue I highlighted above is still being flagged: ‘Minimize Request Size’ with regard to booster_cache is my no.1 issue according to pingdom.
Is this something that can be addressed somehow?
Adrian
