    As always before we bother you fine folks we research the issues on your website to death. Is the documentation and help on the site only related to the previous version that we had? Are the short codes different now? The dashboard we have now doesn’t show any of the previous options we had before.

    We were just trying to get back what we had before which was a complete drop down category list showing in the bottom right of the map. What has been added now below the map is just the parent categories with no drop downs showing all the categories and even the numbers aren’t correct. They show like 2 and there’s more than 20. ??

    We also tried creating widgets to show the GD categories but they didn’t work either. It appeared that only the GD Search widget worked. Are all the widgets that were shown for the previous version also changed now?

    Now we are really confused! For the longest time we had all kinds of serious errors showing up but we thought you had fixed that. Now we are trying to add the same category list that was previously showing on the bottom right of the map but it now appears that none of the short codes are working anymore. All we see on the directory home page are the short codes we are trying to use but they do nothing.

    Another concern is that we appear to have lost our dashboard. Before we saw the standard options such design, set default location and so on, but now none of those options are showing. We are only seeing something completely new that we don’t understand.

    We were just about to start promoting our Business Directory but now everything is on hold.

    After the most recent update the map is not showing correctly. I don’t know where to report this.

    Thanks, but I am the only admin and, no, my hosting company does not touch my plugins. I just need to know why the downgrade destroys the directory.

    Could someone please tell me what I am to do with this warning message that I get on every page and post I am working on? I have done the downgrade twice and both times our directory was gone and was left only showing a short code.

    Nothing ever seems to go well for us. With the discount we went ahead and bought the Location Manager.

    We searched your documentation for how to install it and got two different answers. The first showed going to our Dashboard, but we don’t have that anywhere. The other said to install it like a normal plugin, which we tried but got this error message “There was an issue determining where GeoDirectory Plugin is installed and activated. Please install or activate GeoDirectory Plugin.” Not sure what that means or how to proceed now.

    Can we just FTP the files to our plugin directory?

    Appreciate your help.
