ok, that would be less overhead so I’ll give it a try.
Whoops, no wait. It appears to be just listings where they have entered invalid addresses.
Please ignore.
Clearing the cache worked.
Thanks
No error message, no point in supplying a csv because I don’t get that far. The button just doesn’t do anything.
It appears to be successful when the word Enquiry is removed from the subject so still issues with Your Enquiry, New Enquiry etc. We changed to New Message From …. and it now works fine so can be closed.
Is it a common issue though, or just us? If common maybe update the delivered subject text 🙂
Thanks,
Bob
Thanks Guust, this worked for a gmail address from our godaddy host – checking with clients on other providers now.
Forget this – found the userswp plugin with gd addon. Perfect.
But I have two free packages – the not claimed one which is what all not claimed listings are created with and the normal free one. I want users to be able to upgrade from the not claimed one to the normal free one.
Thanks Alex – that was it.
Solved.
Thanks Alex. As a workaround access to the individual listings is sorted by pmpro restricting access by CPT. We can’t seem to work out why the location page restriction is not working but the issue I have is possibly a little different as described below:
User goes first time to home page (basic non GD page) at artisanfrance.com
gets asked if he wants to be geolocated
if yes then gets redirected to location/me
if no, then remains on home page BUT after signing up (in pmpro) the “near me” option doesn’t work “your current location is unknown”Questions:
why is GD doing anything on the home page? it’s a non GD page.
can I stop the redirection to location/me happening?
is there a way of prompting for “allow location” other than on the home page so near me works in the scenario described above?
Thanks Alex – that looks like what I’m after.
Thanks. Perfect.
Assuming I don’t know what I’m doing with CSS (I really don’t) do you have an example?
ok, so I will need to hide that level on the signup page. How is that possible?
Interesting. I went through the same process. Purchased GD and saw that invoicing was a required plugin but that Stripe was a charged addon – so also purchased the Stripe gateway from the invoicing website.
Now I see that all the payment gateways are licensed – can I get the cost of the Stripe gateway back?
