    blue host is asking for the server requirements for the plugin, they added the command you said but still doesn’t work

    Contacted blue host and they said:

    Could you please ask for the server requirements to make sure the plugin would work and also why exactly you are getting the error

    I feel like I am passed from one to another and the issue can’t be solved?

    At present I ha e two topics open.
    This are hopefully my last 2 issues. If I sort them out my website should be up and running.
    1) website can’t find my location (I think) and keeps refreshing
    2) I can’t add a new listing from the front end. Let’s you fill in the form but I don’t receive an emai to approve the pending new location.
    You want me to address both of them here or continue to address them separately in two different treads?

    Hi. Thanks Alex for getting back to me, really appreciate it.
    I looked in the console but I can’t see any error. Or maybe I am looking in the wrong place. Bear in mind I am new to this. WordPress was supposed to be “a coding free and drag and drop website builder” :))

    Hi Alex. I finished the listing claims setup. That didn’t solve the issue. I still can’t add a listing from the front end. It lets you finish all the steps but I do not receive an email to approve the listing nor the listing appears as “pending” at the back end.

    Hi. Done what you suggested but it’s still the same.
    Fixed the mixed error, deleted cache, tried different browser (i use chrome and I tried with explorer) but if I agree for the website to find my location it refreshes every 5 seconds.

    Hi. I can see you created an account as I received an email but I can’t see the posts. Usually I receive an email when new post is added. I’ve set it from somewhere (I forgot where it is now) to receive an email as admin to approve posts. Till then they are pending.
    Now when I add posts and try to upload a picture I receive an error HTTP ERROR with red.
    But even if I don’t add a picture the posts don’t upload. If I remember correctly after you publish a location it takes you to a page where it says “your post was successful, click here to see it” or something like that. That page doesn’t load anymore after you click “publish”

    Hi. I have noticed that when I set the cache to level 0 it works.

    How does tit affect my site if I keep it at level 0?

    Should I just empty it manually from time to time? As soon as I turn it on pages are not loading on devices and browsers

    Hi. I must say it loads the menu now but once you start clicking on the menu tabs it still goes to a white page. For example I clicked on FIND STAFF or CONTACT US tab and goes to a white blank page. See picture attached. I asked friends to go on the website and initially it loads OK as you said but when they clicked on the tabs it went to a white page. Do the locations I added affect the cache? I added 188 locations. Or this has nothing to to do with it? I don’t know… I don’t want to give up as I really like the theme and the plugin. Looks clean and professional. I just don’t know how we will sort this problem out… :((

    It’s so strange. I tested it on another browser (explorer), on my phone iOS, and on 2 androids and it’s not showing what I see as admin (how it should look like).

    So… I have menu: FIND STAFF, CONTACT US, ADD LISTING, CHANGE LOCATION, MY ACCOUNT.

    All this working fine. I added 188 important cities in UK and all regions including scotland and ireland.
    I have a search option in FIND STAFF menu tab which works fine. At CHANGE LOCATION i can find ireland and uk in the COUNTRY section, all the regions in REGION section and all cities in the CITY section.

    CONTACT US is there, i have contact form 7 instead of the one provided by GD dimply because it looked out of line in the page, anyway contact form 7 is there, I can see it fine.

    ADD LISTING is another tab in the menu, is there working fine, I can add categories: agencies, domiciliary care and sleep over. I’ve created nice listings.

    CHANGE LOCATION tab works like a clock.

    MY ACCOUNT tab is there, I can login.

    So all of the above work if I am logged in as admin.

    However on other devices and operating systems all I have is only 3 menu tabs which are not working (see pic in my previous post):

    FIND STAFF – shows the theme background image but no search option, is empty
    CONTACT US – background image and the “contact us” text. No contact form but is shows the text to invite people to contact us and the short code for contact form 7.
    MY ACCOUNT – the side widget to sign and register shows up, I enter my details and it bounces to a page where I can create an account or sign in (2 forms). I can’t login on explorer.
