This type of error usually comes from either of:
1. gd_bctherapist listings might be missing a category. Perhaps the category was deleted and left empty.
or 2. gd_bctherapist listings might have a broken location, as in the listing orphaned from a deleted location.You can check your data to find out which one. If you can share credentials we can check further.

we have just added a param to gd_post_image that will allow you to specify the output size. That will be in the next release, which is in testing now and though I can’t give you an exact time/date it will be out soon.
Use the shortcode builder to change the shortcode params and you can also set the link, whether to lightbox or none.

AYI is meant to be displayed on the Event detail page (only) for upcoming events. When it is displayed there and the event is upcoming it allows visitors to mark themselves interested.

That will be a piece of cake if you are the only person with an account and no one else can register.

Can you share an example of a places page? Maybe we can take a look at that and understand better what you are trying to achieve.

sorting is only available on listing pages. Search results are always sorted for relevance.
You can use a listings widget on the search page to show featured listings.
