In this forum we provide support for the Pricing Manager Addon. You will need to look to each cart for the options for customer subscription management.
For an update about Invoicing please post a new topic to Invoicing support at https://wpinvoicing.com/support/
I see what you mean, I have confirmed this on my test site.
The developers have been alerted.
It cannot be set manually, only through the Price Package when the main listing is passed through checkout the featured status, as a benefit of the package, will be passed to the listings.
See: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/franchisee-not-featured/
1. How user can cancel the reacuring subscription ?
The answer depends on the cart and gateway being used. Both carts offer an interface for users to manage subscriptions (with respective addons) but not all gateways allow further management of a subscription outside the gateway platform. Which recurring gateways and for which cart?
2. Is it possible to have a credit allocated to the user so she or he can use it to post listings ?
Pricing Manager addon does not manage credits. You would need to consult the cart support or look through addons for the cart. As mentioned there is a MyCred integration for UsersWP https://userswp.io/downloads/mycred/
November 4, 2018 at 1:22 pm in reply to: The Add Listing page is showing details from my homepage #452501Hello,
what you see there is the GD Top Widget area and each widget has been set to display on the add listing page.
Remove widgets from the GD widget areas that you do not want displayed on GD pages or adjust the settings for each specific widget to limit the display to only the desired pages.
The first widget is the listing map and is set to display on the Add listing page.
Hello,
To hide the viewing listing, in GD – Franchise Settings – Hide viewing franchise
You should use only one cache plugin on your site. Try deactivating GD Booster and purging or disabling the Bluehost and any other cache plugins.
Once you have done that see if the error is still ocurring.
GeoDirectory does not produce any errors like that, so, as Guust was pointing out it is probably a 3rd party plugin having to do with security.
If disabling cache doesn’t work, try disabling non-GD plugins like Jetpack until you find the culprit.
See this guide for more info https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/troubleshooting-guide/#conflict
Hello,
Thanks for writing in 🙂
the developers have been alerted to your question.

GeoDirectory – General – General – Select CPT to disable physical location
Great, glad to hear it is fixed 🙂
Hello,
we recommend using categories for that kind of filtering as filtering by price package it not an available option.
If the the developers have plans to add filtering for price packages they will let us know here.
Hello,
Make sure the field is set to active, and if you want it accessible to non-admins that it is not set to ‘admin only’.
Hello,
Are you using GDV2? Only GDV2 will allow you to add more than one video field.
To do that with GDV2, open the Places Settings – Custom Fields tab, and click the video field on the left site.
That will add the field on the right.
Be sure to give it a different name.
Hello,
I am not familiar with that addon, and not sure if it is compatible with Invoicing.
Are you asking about the Invoicing integration? It has replaced the GD AffiliateWP integration
