Hi, it seems my site pallettoday.com has trouble on new user registration – it always returns “suspected bot”. Signing in works fine.

I did some google search and found some discussion, but none solves the issue. I don’t have MOJO marketplace, though I do have geo-marketplace and wc marketplace as the base. I use geo recaptcha rather than geo spamshield. I tried to deactivate geo recaptcha and Akismet Anti-Spam, which doesn’t seem work.

    Thanks for any input ahead.

    Please de-activate WP-SpamShield: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/known-issues/#spamshield

You should use only one cache plugin on your site. Try deactivating GD Booster and purging or disabling the Bluehost and any other cache plugins.

Once you have done that see if the error is still ocurring.

GeoDirectory does not produce any errors like that, so, as Guust was pointing out it is probably a 3rd party plugin having to do with security.

If disabling cache doesn’t work, try disabling non-GD plugins like Jetpack until you find the culprit.

See this guide for more info https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/troubleshooting-guide/#conflict

It was your Bluehost security plugin. I de-activated to test, and now it is gone … I guess you can get it back from Bluehost, sorry.

When the bluehost plugin is disabled the MOJO marketplace emerges disabled. I guess the later was hided somehow by the blue host plugin and functions as the cache that conflict with gd booster. Thanks for help solving the problem.
