Hello,
Great Work!
V2 core will be hosted at w.org as soon as it is released there.
2 Addons will be in the GD glotpress project but have not been setup yet. We will do that closer the release of V2.
Please hold tight! We do appreciate what you are doing with the translations!
Please share FTP so the developers can look at that issue of linking to the home page.
It is not possible at this time to add additional links to the my account tab through UsersWP but it is something we are looking at for future releases.
Hello,
please send the URL for the search form you are using
The URL you have sent for the search results is incomplete. A different plugin is intercepting the search query URL and altering/breaking it.
A normal query url look like this, depending on your search bar config
geodir_search=1&stype=gd_place&sgd_placecategory%5B%5D=2&s=+&snear=mumbai&sgeodir_pastrytype%5B%5D=&sgeo_lat=19.0759837&sgeo_lon=72.87765590000004
To discover which plugin is causing this problem, deactivate non-GD plugins one by one while testing the search. It an also be the theme, so you can try switching the theme.
We can help you with this but it should be done on a staging site to allow for deactivating plugins.
In the future, you should install all new plugins to a staging site to test them first for this issue.

Near search features have options in GD – Advaced Search –
Enable Near autocompleterEnable that to allow users to choose to see results “IN” Mumbai (as opposed to NEAR Mumbai, which is the deault behavior). It is not possible to show the Near field as a drop down, though.
Add the Location Switcher to the menu or a sidebar to allow your users to switch locations easily.
October 24, 2018 at 11:30 am in reply to: Event imported with SIV2 does Not import pics in Photos tab #451082I just did a test on your site using CO login and results were as shown in Guust’s screenshots. I did not save it.
Hello,
add listing pages should not have a parent page and should be at /…
the add listing page selected in GD permalinks should not contain the add listing shortcode.
I have corrected these items and now the categories are working as expected.
Hello,
Please tell us more about the issue.
In most cases if the ‘Places’ Backend menu item is not visible, re-installing GD should work.
Hello,
the menu options work for me, and point to the add listing page. I added a test listing.
Please let us know if the issue comes back or if we are missing it there.
Excellent! 🙂
Hello Heidi,
please take a look here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/integrations/google/#easy
If we need to check the site, please create a new topic.
Please share the snippet you have used here and we will take a look to see if it is ok.
Hi Robert,
I split your topic off from here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/permalink-error-404-from-search/
Thank you for reporting. We have a new release coming very soon in which this has been addressed. Once you have it installed, please let us know if it addresses the issue.
I can see this on a test site, too. Let me flag this for the developers.
October 23, 2018 at 4:34 pm in reply to: Easily Publish newly submitted Listings & Easily Identify New Listings #451008In GDV2 there is a lot of new reporting in the dashboard, including counts/links to pending posts for each CPT. When you take a look, let us know.
