Hello,
Please provide WP Admin credentials so we can take a look at your site and see the problem.
Please include a link to a listing, and then a link to a search results page where the listing should be shown.
You can use a private reply so only the team can see your post.
Hello,
no I am sorry we don’t host translations for the themes because they have so few strings in them.

It would help greatly if you could be more specific about the problem you are encountering.
Thanks

October 16, 2018 at 6:43 pm in reply to: Custom Place information checkboxes not working after update #449928Great, glad to hear you got it working.
I have seen this issue before, and it seems to be related to the browser cache. If you haven’t already, it is a very useful thing to do a hard reload every once in awhile to completely clear the cache.

October 16, 2018 at 6:41 pm in reply to: profiles created on one site showing on another site? #449927There isn’t an automatic way to do that, the listings would need to be updated.
For the example, let’s say listings are created and maintained on the source site. Then they are to be reposted to the target site.
You could;1. Create the same CPT on the target site
2. Add sample listing and export the listing
3. Return to the source site, export listings
4. Compare the CSV files to make sure they are exactly the same column and column headers, fix CT on target site as needed.
5. Export listings from source site.
6. Import listings to target siteLater on for updates you will need to either A) (recommended) remove all the listings on the target site and re-import an update with all new postings or B) (not recommended) merge them so the source site data is updated with the post_id from the target site to allow updates.
Don’t forget that categories need to match exactly, too.
Sure thing, glad it is working for you 🙂
Are you using GDV1 or V2?
If V1, have you already read this?
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-geodirectory-templates/
the detail page template should have what you need to render the tabs.
If you want to render as a list, then you will still need to call the map tab, as shown here:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/re-order-tabs-in-a-listing-detail-page/
Hello!
That is much easier to do with GDV2.
There isn’t an option for that with GDV1. Let me flag your topic for the developers, to see if there is a way to display the listing description (post_content) after the categories in the SD detail page header.
That text can be changed by translating the plugin language file.
October 16, 2018 at 5:29 pm in reply to: Getting the [gd_popular_post_view] shortcode working #449901Today or tomorrow of testing goes off without a hitch. There is not a workaround or patch available at this time.
This reply has been marked as private.GeoDirectory search is specifically for listings, so, you should use the GD shortcodes for search if you want to help visitors search for listings.
GDV2 works with the sidebars and layout of your theme. You can lookup your themes documentation for how to make those adjustments as these options are no longer a part of GeoDirectory.
The key is required, to identify which field should be used.
Use the shortcode builder to build the shortcode for the field you want.
