Hello,
there are visible flags that show up for listing authors and listing owners, inside the reviews themselves, to denote the user role. Some themes show them more loudly than others. That is the feature that is available.
As I understand it that plugin should be available in the next few weeks. I will flag your question and an update will be placed here when new information is available.

Only the package expiry process will move listings to another status automatically.

Yes, themes are coming, and specifically Directory Starter and Supreme are expected to be released in beta this week or next.
Fields and categories are included or excluded via the settings in the price package.
Each listing type (CPT) can have one or more price packages, and each package either includes or excludes fields and options.

The new Pricing Manager is currently in heavy development and it may be some time before they can get you a response.
Are any of the addons you are selling tied to GD features, specifically?
Or are they mostly additional services that you sell, as in, additional Invoicing items?For example, what is a ‘banner ad’, is it including another category inside one package, as opposed to making another package?
Or is a banner ad a service you do on the directory, not specifically related to the listing or listing data?
Any details are appreciated, we are always eager to learn how successful directory managers are using the plugin!

Google APIs require a billing account, do make sure you have set that up. We can take a look at your map on your site and tell you the error, or you can take a look at this page to check it out for yourself: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/integrations/google/
Make sure each listing has a category assigned. Create the category first, then assign a category to each listing.

I do not see a default listing image set for ‘gd_group’ in the CPT settings.
I have backed up the Boss Custom settings here. What are the issue as you see them with the theme compatibility?

do all your listings have a category assigned?
You can make a private reply and share site details if we need to check the settings.
Categories can have parents, that is the only heirarchical structure available in GD.
Have you already tried adding listing in a couple cities near each other to see how the location pages work?
It is possible to create something like location pages, but it is a good idea to try it out first as is.
