What are the query limits for the map trial?
When I look at the add place page I see the screenshots attached.
Please write back with FTP information so we can do a deeper diagnosis.

Premium support is for active members ony, or for sites using only the free core GeoDirectory plugin.
GeoDirectory creates ‘Location’ pages for each country/region/city and each of those is centered on the listings, too, though the Chicago page is centered on the listings in Chicago, not Chicago itself.
There are no settings for centering the map on a specific location except for the Advanced Search option that allows the site to redirect, on first time load, to the default location.
Hello,
FB has not given any approvals that we are aware of.
Your settings in the app, on the basic page there is also another ‘website url’ field, make sure you have filled that as well.
For more about the issue see: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/social-importer-for-fb-fb-api-access-issue/
Hello,
V2 is a release candidate and we still recommend testing on a fresh install of WP. It is not ready for production sites yet.
Hello,
you can configure GA settings at:
GeoDirectory – General – Analytics
You will need an account and then to proceed to authorize the feature there.
September 4, 2018 at 3:42 pm in reply to: Custom Post Type Dropdown Not Showing Up In Search Form #445307Hello,
for your site, please
1. Add the Custom Post Type Addon
2. Create a new post type, add a category to it, and add a listing to the new post type
3. The selector should be added automaticallyLet us know how it goes
1. Location filter for cats and tags- Links for Categories and Tags on the Detail page will include the location of the listing. For example, the “Restaurant” Category at the top of the page will have a link that includes the location of the listing.
Use the following snippet to make the link for Categories and Tags point to the base page.remove_filter('term_link', 'geodir_get_term_link', 10);2. Clear location – this improvement has been added to V2. It would require a customization for V1.
3. Break up UK – GeoDirectory relies on the data provided by the Map API, and we are unable to change this at this time. It is possible to use custom locations in your directory but these require manual maintenance, effectively curating the list of locations in the Manage Locations tab.
4. Break up big cities – this is done with neigborhoods. On the Multilocations page it is possible to enable neighborhoods.
You can use:
geodir_is_geodir_page()or for a specific GD page:
geodir_is_page($gdpage)where $gdpage is either:
‘add-listing’
‘preview’
‘listing-success’
‘detail’
‘listing’
‘location’
‘author’
‘search’Hello,
in V2 that will be at:
Settings – Email (tab)

Hello,
A page/url is created for every combo of the tag and location. The only way to not do that is to remove/delete all your tags from the site.
If there are 404 errors, there is a chance that there is a problem with the permalinks settings in GD or WP.
When I look at the WP permalinks I see it set to a custom structure. This should be set to post name instead: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/#postnames
Try setting that to post names, then save it. Once you have saved it, re-save your settings for GD Permalinks, also.
See if that fixes the errors and let us know.Hello,
please share the site details and we will take a look.
You are intending to test GeoDirectory V2 and the new V2 CPT addon?
Make sure you have GDV2 installed first.
