Are you still having trouble with this?
If so please share a link to the page where we can see the issue and include WP Admin credentials if we should check the settings.

how could I add a place that has been recently added to show in the “featured Places” area on the front page.
The GD Listings you are using on the frontpage has lots of options. You can choose a different sort, or set it to be filtered by tags. For example add a tag ‘frontpage-featured’ to each of 5 listings or 6, and then set GD Listings to be filtered by that tag. You can also choose a sorting option, or even a custom sorting option:

Hello,
UsersWP has an extensive list of shortcodes, very similar to GeoDirectory, and any of them that have the param ID= can ALSO be used on the listing page to show the user information as author information.
For example this will show the display name of the author.
[uwp_user_meta key="display_name" show="icon-value"]
You can also try the author box tab, and setup the author box to show on listings.
For UsersWP the developers are considering adding a User location or listing type, but haven’t started on it yet. If you like the idea, please post a feature request to the UsersWP support forum.
The developers will take a look again as soon as possible.
GeoDirectory isn’t recommended for shared hosts. You may want to try cloning your site to another provider, even just temporarily, to see if it helps with your concerns.
Try clearing your cache.
Both Map APIs need enough information to be able to provide suggestions, but Google needs less information than OSM. Which one are you using? Have you tried the other one?
We cannot do much to improve those suggestions, unfortunately, that’s why I recommend you try both to see which one fits your site better.
The original topic of this ticket is resolved. Please make a new one for additional questions.
All the appropriate menu links will be listed in the GeoDirectory Endpoints section
A menu item would be a place to start.
Try using the Ninja Forms integration to create your own form. NF will allow you to enter additional sections or headings as needed.
The GD Post Claim form can be translated; any text in the form can be changed using the translation method. Any additional changes require a customization outside of what we can help with in support.

There is an example here:
Is that the same header, on both pages?
Can you provide a link to where you edit that?Is it showing correctly on any other GD Pages?
When you say multiple CPT issue, I am not sure what you mean.
Can you describe the issue?
If you need links for to load the right CPT on the add listing page you can find them in the GeoDirectory Endpoints
