2. With WP it is only possible to use one theme for one site at a time.Multiselect field cannot handle the & symbol, sorry to say. I have altered the entry and it works now. (Changed & to and).
If you bave already uploaded the images to the listing you can use the import CSV to rearrange the order of tye image filename.
If the images have not been uploaded, then only the filename is needed and the inporter, after import, will inform you of the appropriate folder in which to place the images.

You can export and import the listings. Whichever image is listed first is used as the featured image.

Images are adjusted with the Photo Upload field, not the media library or the post featured image.
GD will then use the first listed image as the featured image.
To change the featured image, upload one or more images for the listing images, then rearrange with drag and drop. The first one listed will be the featured image.

What seems to be the problem with translation? Can you share a screenshot of the text you want to translate and a link to the specific page?

No, it does not appear to be created by GD.
No doubt Yoast is annoyed by that, too! We should start a club 🙂
That is most likely a cache issue.
Try clearing the site cache or turning it off while you are working on CSS.
We recommend all GD related styles be placed in GD – Design – Scripts – Custom CSS
If that doesn’t work for you please reply with WP Admin credentials and we will take a look.
Addons are not yet compatible with V2, but will be released as they are upgraded to be compatible.

it cannot be removed, but if you delete all Place listings, and empty the trash, then Places will not show up anywhere.
