GD Search will search one CPT at a time.
WP built in search will search all post types, you could try that.On Multilocations settings try setting: Add listing settings – Show all locations in dropdown?
It showed Charlotte when i viewed it.

It looks like the “Edit” button is hidden on the Detail pages, but the account credentials also do not seem to be a full Administrator as I cannot see the role of the logged in user in the backend profile edit form.
I see in the Design – Detail settings that the user links including the Edit button have not been hidden.
Most likely in the DB, and moving sites can involve many factors.

please complete all the setup including either settings up a google maps api key or choosing Open Street Map.
Make sure you add a category first, and that your listings all have categories.
Also make sure you set the default location before trying to import real or dummy content.
If we need to look at the settings please include the WP Admin user credentials in a private reply.
