I want to stop recurring payments, how to remove my payment method? I’m sorry but actually we decided now that we will go with native php. So, we’ve hired a local developer and started to make directory web app.

But also we want to continue with Geo Directory till the subscription ends. Please help us out.

**If I add a second payment method, would I be able to delete the previous one?

The way to do it is to cancel your membership. However, once you cancel you won’t have access to premium support.

If your current method is stripe you can add a different card. With paypal you will have to review the subscription in you own paypal account settings.

    Hello,

I checked the settings and there was a GD Listing Map in the Home WIdget area.

Removed that and all seems ok now.

Check it out and let us know!

    Hello,

If you have installed CSS or PHP Code Snippets or additional plugins you can try removing those to see which one is interfering.

    Did you install anything lately?

We can take a look at your site. Just make a private reply and include your site details.

    Hello,

    1. Pricing not showing up

As Kor said, please include details if we need to check the settings, as well as a CPT page where we can see the issue.

There is “Tools” section for WP Invoicing to sync prices with GD, you can try that.

Also, is there a way to apply discount codes to these prices?

Discounts are setup in WP Invoicing: https://wpinvoicing.com/docs/discounts/

Do I have to create a pricing plan for each and every cpt and payment option – monthly vs annual?

    Yes

    Hello,

I am unable to login to FTP to view the files, authentication failed.

Please zip the translation files you are working with for all GD themes and plugins and attach them to a reply here and we will take a look.

    Hello,

Search is always by one CPT at a time.

    Hello,

The first link is a location page, and is showing ‘no records’ because, probably, there was an event in the past in that location.

how on earth do you choose the categories shown on the featured (?) image at the head of the page. It refuses to correspond to the location or CPT of the location.

Categories are based on listings in the categories.

there seem to be 2 sets of location pages

there are location pages and then there are listing (post archive) pages for categories and those category listing pages can be specific to the location

    /fouriesburg/

This appears to be the main slug listing pages for the CPT named after a location (small town of fouriesburg).

    /location/south-africa-1/free-state-1/fouriesburg-1/
the first one is a page I made, the second is the GD Location, and I can’t work out how to change the categories of either one…

The first one is a CPT, not a location page. The second one is a location page.

The categories in the Popular Categories widget integrated into Supreme are representative of the categories of the listing type active in the advanced search.

    ———————-

A note here. It is NOT recommend to make a CPT for each location. GD will create location pages automatically. The recommended practice is to add listings to the site, and locations will be added with each listing.

Location pages start with /location/ on your site.

Do try adding a “GD Popular Post view to the GD Home page contact area (near the top) and then visit the home and location pages to see listings ‘in’ those locations.

    Hello,

WP Easy Updates is what makes the license dialogue appear.

please review this page in full, as it describes how to install WP Easy Updates, licenses, and to deal with several possible issues with regard to licenses: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/installing-addons/#updates

Be sure to try deactivating and reactivating the license key.

I asked for credentials because we are happy to take a look to see if yours is a novel issue, but in most cases there is simply a need to deactivate an older license first, and you can find all the instructions you need on that page.
