I cannot reach your add-listing pages for the other CPTs. I was able to add a test Pharmacy without issue.
I guess that the redirection is due to your redirection plugin?
Please try disabling all your non-GD plugins to see if the error persists.
If you have a testing or staging site where we could play with the settings let us know.
Is there a reason you want the base add-listing age redirected?
Yes they can link to a different CPT, but only one.

I unset the GD – Permalinks – Login page

Most sites using a 3rd party membership plugin only need the redirect for login.
Please send over credentials for a different user so we can see the issue.

This looks like an issue of how your matterport iframe is ‘reading’ it’s own location. It is apparently trying to show a mobile view of the content, along with several other features of the iframe embed.
You could try adjusting the CSS of the box to see if you can untrick it into a desktop view, but this appears to be related to the Matterport embed, not GD.

Google does not recognize the NSW. It wants New South Wales.
Try editing activity/studio post 2707 and change region NSW to New South Wales, then click “Set Address on Map”
Keep an eye on the errors when importing; though sparse they are accurate.
That is for the CSV you shared, please check it out and then let us know if there are other issues.

GD creates “Location Pages” automatically. Have you already set them up?
1. Use the location in the URL at GD – Permalinks https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-permalinks/#url
2. Add widgets to your GD Home widget areas – https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/layout/#directoryShortcodes do not take location specific params at this time but we are thinking about this as a feature for future versions.
