There is a tool at
GD – GD Tools – Rebuild Category Counts
You can try that to update categories.
It is not required that your WP front page be the same as your GD home page.
If you want to use a builder on a page then set the front page to a different page.
Builders cannot be used on GD Pages im GDV1.
I will flag your question for a developer to see if they can provide you with a hook or action.

Each “Send Enquiry” link is unique and sends only to the listing owner.
Thanks for the idea, we are considering this for a future version.
For now you can export your listings and then re-import the CSV into a list manager like mailchimp.

To customize the theme for your style you will need to create custom CSS. We can show you an example of how this is done.

Customizing the theme may have unintended consequences so be prepared to remove your changes.
