Hello Jeff,
Any content in the content area of the Geodirectory pages listed at GD – Permalinks will be ignored. These pages include the Location and GD Home page.
It is possible to use a builder on the WP Front Page, if that page is not set as the GD Home page.
This was discussed in this thread, also.

This reply has been marked as private.Hello!
Which page is showing that error?
Please send over a link.
For the moment I saw the map on the archive listing page was not loading, the one in the sidebar, and it looks like many of the categories were unticked and now the map loads.
Please write back and tell us more about the issue and be sure to provide a URL.
Hello,
Are you referring to the text on the site like:
“Wedding Cakes Avon” and “You searched for Wedding Cakes in and serving Avon.”
Is that what you mean by meta?
Those settings are described here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/gd-core-plugin-titles-metas/#variables
That is a listing page title so you will want to look at those particular settings in the screenshot attached.
If they are not displayed you will need to contact your theme developer to see if displaying the title on those archive type pages is part of the theme or not.
Please reply with your site login URL and WP Admin credentials so we can review the settings for your titles and metas. This could be an issue to take up with your theme developer if your settings are correct, but let’s check them first.
Try selecting “Custom” to see additional options.
Hello!
It looks like you got this worked out, let us know if there is something else we can help with.
Geodirectory prices are per listing. If you want to give access to a certain group you will need a membership plugin. A GD Expert can help you track down the plugins you need and help you get them setup. You can find them here: https://geodirectoryexperts.com
Hello,
GD provides the ability for users to create listings and for the site manager to charge for each listing. GD does not include any features relevant to that particular use case.
A membership plugin like S2 member may help with some portion of your request, but besides adding listings and paying for listings the case is outside what GD can help with.
Other members have accomplished something similar by adding links to the menu like “Are you a doctor?” leading to a page about the features and benefits with a link to a pricing page, with links to each package for signup.
A GD Expert can help you track down and setup the various plugins required for the rest of your case, and help with customizing your directory for your niche. Find them here: https://geodirectoryexperts.com
Hello!
At this time it is possible for a listing owner (claimer) to delete the images.
The owner must have claimed the listing, visit the listing in the frontend, click to edit the listing, and then remove the images they do not want.
Images uploaded by visitors show up in the same area as other images, and clicking the red X will delete them.
Please try the [gd_event_listing] shortcode as it supports sorting for events:
Hello Jeff,
Is there still an issue we can help with?
April 10, 2018 at 10:50 am in reply to: Don't know how to use "Make Friends" and "Message" features via Buddypress… #425744The popup is related to the ‘redirection’ settings. You can adjust your settings as shown here:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/search-filters-overview/#redirectThe geolocation information is provided by Google and we are unable to force it to be more accurate. Desktop geolocation is provided by Google based on the location of the ISP (in some cases). Mobile is usually more accurate.
The integration displays the points.
Rank, you would have to look into that plugin to find your options for displaying it on the profile. There would be a way to customize the template to show the points on the comments, but that would be a question for the UsersWP forum.
Hello!
thank you for replying with the admin pass.
Sending “2000” as the “Near” search value is not returning any results. That is because it is not a complete postcode for for Botany, Sydney, New South Wales.
So a search for “2000” returns -25.274398 133.77513599999997 , which appears to be the center of Australia. The center of Australia is far away enough from the rest of listings that there are no results to be displayed.
https://www.google.com/maps/place/25%C2%B016'27.8%22S+133%C2%B046'30.5%22E/@-25.5847283,131.3670274,6z/data=!4m5!3m4!1s0x0:0x0!8m2!3d-25.274398!4d133.775136The query “2000” is failing to get results because it is not recognized as a postalcode of Australia.
A search for the complete postcode “2000 NSW” returns the expected results, and so it is with Google Maps search fro “2000 NSW”.
Multilocations has 2 locations for Botany
#1 -33.9491497 151.19438249999996
#2 -33.9497951 151.19320160000007These two locations have different spellings of NSW/New South Wales, so “2000 NSW” or “2000 New South Wales” will each return the expected results.
There are currently no settings to substitute shorthand or alternative names for locations or other search terms like postcodes except linking directly to the results or the location page.
I am flagging this for the developers to tell us if there are other ways to look at this issue.
Hello!
We took another look and I can no longer recreate the issue.
Please check and let us know.
If you can recreate the issues, please tell us the steps we can follow to see the same results.
