I need to monetize better with buddypress

Hello, I have a pressing need to better monetize my directory, which is a health directory and there are two types of members: Doctors and Patients.
With Buddypress, currently when a new user registers they can choose the type of member they will be. But I need that if a new user chose the type of member he wants to be “Doctors”, when he activates his account and enters the site he redirects him to a special page for Doctors, in which he will find a special link to create the publication of your clinic.
All this I want to do so that only those who are kind of Member “Doctors”, can publish places.
Do you know any plugins that can do this?
