Hello Katie,
as Kor mentioned, the next best step is to perform a conflict test.
As your site is live, it may be best to setup a test or staging site to diagnose the issues.
If you already have a staging site setup, please send over the credentials so we can perform further diagnosis.
At this time it appears that there is a conflict, where another plugin that is also active in the backend/dashboard is interfering with the normal operations of GD.
What we recommend is disabling all non-GD plugins, and switching to a simple theme like Supreme Directory in order to diagnose the issue.
This can interrupt normal operations, so, putting a ‘under construction’ sign up is one option.
Let us know how you want to proceed.

This is a common issue for form builders. They are the meta of the meta 😉
Hello,
the location switcher does not work with all themes in all ports.
This CSS is also from Extra, just with an added rule to hide the menu on Mobile. It will only engage on viewports under 1024
@media only screen and (max-width: 1024px) {#et-mobile-navigation #et-extra-mobile-menu>li:last-child a { display: none !important;}}Seems to work for me, but, that is probably because I cleared the cache.
There are a number of issues we have seen over the years with GoDaddy. We recommend you choose a different host, and that you disable their cache solution.
Choose a known good cache plugin instead, and always disable your cache before you work on design or submit a design related ticket.

The widget I think you are pointing out does not have the last options selected: Don’t filter for current viewing post type and Don’t filter for current viewing category
The title does not change, based on the page.
Am I missing something in your question?
March 28, 2018 at 6:16 pm in reply to: Categories, SubCategories, Post_Category, Default_Category #423880There is a column for default category, yes.
If it was me, I would add the parent category also, sure. Why not?
CSS should be added to GD – Design – Scripts – Custom CSS
When I inspected the locale page, it seemed that all the widgets are located in the left column, so you might try that.
March 28, 2018 at 6:04 pm in reply to: How can I align all of this on the far left to the listing? #423871Hello Jeff,
those are design features of your theme, and you can either contact your theme developer for those design upgrades or hire a developer.
Here in the premium support forum we are available to address issues with the plugin but we don’t do customizations on GD or third party themes and plugins.
Hello,
Thanks for trying that.
If we can go ahead with more diagnosis, we will disable all the network plugins and just leave GD with a default theme running.
To continue diagnosis we would also need FTP access. Please send over the details and then I can flag this for a developer to have a look.
Great! Thanks for letting us know, and thanks for sharing!
