there was a problem with the GD Permlinks, so I resaved those.
I can see Ultimate Branding is active in admin, could you try disabling that, and seeing if you can save the price?
I was able to save other settings. You can also try deactivating and reinstalling GD and the pricing manager plugins.
This is a complex setup, what with all the WP Engine bells and whistles, on a multisite, with a number of plugins being network activated.
If this is basically a fresh install, I might try a setup without the multisite plugins on, then build up to see where the issue is.
In most case an issue on the dashboard is a plugin conflict, rather than a theme conflict.

if you need step by step help with setup and want your site to match your design ideal then it is a good idea to contact an Expert to help you out.
We are here to provide support for bugs with the plugin, and to address conflicts where the plugin features are conflicting with a theme.
We have two big priorities for V2, one is easier setup, and 2 is to make it less likely that GD would ever conflict with a theme.

1. Why is the Listing Page in the plug-in different. I can not get it same as the one in the Theme? Even the quality of the Images is inferior in the plugin. Why?

The Map in Supreme is part of the theme, though it is based on a shortcode. You can adjust the width and height in the widget settings.

You will need to set pages for each of the settings at GD – Permalinks
You can create/fix them automatically with GD – GD Tools – Page Check
Each one should have a value.
