    Hi guys!

    I had this snippet on my site to show the complete address, icnluding neighborhood, but somehow it´s gone and it´s not showing the neighborhood anymore.

    Hello Tania, the snippets seems to be present in the snippets plugin. Please take a look at managing your custom snippets there:

    WP > Snippets > All Snippets

    They are there, but they are not working like they did. I´m not sure what you want me to look at the custom snippets.

    The snippet was inactive when I checked. If you want it to have an effect, it needs to be activated.

    Yes Alex, the one you saw is probably the old one, and it´s inactive, because it was not working properly.

    The last one Giri gave me is active, you may not have seen it because it´s in spanish, it´s called “Dirección con Colonia”. That is the one that was working, and not anymore. Could you please check that one out?

    Thanks Alex, the new snippet is active, but the same problem persists.

    Some times it does show the neighborhood, and some times it doesn´t.

    Attached an image of one that does show the address, and another one that doesn´t. Same category, both have the neighborhood set.

    Thank you for that information. I am able to see the issue there, and unable to find a cause.

    Thank you for sharing the FTP. I will flag this for the developers to take a look at why the neighborhood is not showing on the second link you sent.
