1# We can take a look, but in most cases this is caused by a conflict with another JS related plugin. You can try disabling the non-GD plugins on your site to see which one is causing the issue. Remember to disable/deactivate the cache plugins while you look into the issue.
2# There are settings available to limit the selection to country/region/city, or to load all or just ajax locations. What do you want to do?

Ah, I was able to see the issue this time.
GD Booster doesn’t work with all sites and hosts, but we can take a look to see if there is a known fix.
I will flag this for the developers, and you should disable it in the meantime and explore another option like WP Super Cache. I have disabled it from the GD Booster settings page for the moment.
I have flagged this and we will take a look if we can find a fix.
Please also include WP Admin details with WP Admin login URL in case we need to login.
The custom fields must be added, key and value pairs.

It is not GD that requires text in the rating comment section, but WP. WP requires text in that box, but there may be are various 3rd party ways to circumvent the requirement.
We endeavor to make the upgrade process as smooth as possible, but it will certainly require some adjustments to widgets.
