Difficulty adding location in Cambodia

Hello,

I am having great difficulty in adding a location in Cambodia. In Add Listing I first select Cambodia as country. The problems I encounter are:

1.When I select Cambodia there are no suggestions in Region or City to select from – I can start typing, but no suggestions come up to accept, and then whatever I type is accepted even if it is truncated or mis-pelt in any case, the location is not shown on map (not even the correct country);

2. no map comes up of Cambodia when that country is selected – meaning that I have to zoom out from default location (London), then drag map and zoom into location in Cambodia – too unwieldy for users;

3. when I select country Cambodia and put in post code that I tracked down on internet it either comes up with no result or Minessota usa (changing map to usa)!

I think I have correct settings in back end but am getting very frustrated. Using Max CDN if that is relevant.
