I can’t see a site at that URL.
Please include the URL of a listing that has a logo uploaded to the form so we can see the problem.
Can you say more about what you want changed, specifically?
This reply has been marked as private.Hello again,
yes, that is the expected behavior.
Now you can remove snippets from the site. Remove the one that was causing the issue and you should be good to go.
Glad you got your site back up!
🙂

This sounds like an issue that might be resolved with some custom CSS.

Hello,
Font changes can also be made with CSS.
To customize your style with CSS, you will be developing custom rules about how images and text are displayed on your site, and these changes are made just for your site.
You can develop the CSS yourself, or hire a GD Expert to help you out.
Here some example CSS that you can add to your site that will change the font family to Arial, which is a little ‘heavier’ than the default font for your theme.
p { font-family: arial !important; }The CSS above targets the ‘p’ element, which is what is used to enclose a lot of text on the site, but not all of it.
Here is another example that targets the entire site and changes the font in a lot more areas:
.site-container { font-family: arial !important; }Once you develop the CSS, you can add it to your site.
Add CSS to the GeoDirectory Design Admin Panel called Scripts. Navigate to:
YourSite > GeoDirectory > Design > Scripts > Custom Style CSS Code
Paste the code there, and save, then refresh your site to see the changes.
If you are looking for more options, or don’t want to develop your own CSS, another theme may work better for you. Some themes contain an almost endless array of customizer settings including buttons, sliders, and color pickers that can be used to specify exact style changes throughout the site. You can look through other forum posts to read about the themes that other members are using.

January 26, 2018 at 4:47 am in reply to: How to change category when you enter someone manually? #414455Hello Dennis,
Thanks for writing in today.
#1 – Listing 404 errors – Listings in several of your CPTs don’t have categories added to them. Please review all your listings to make sure that at least one category has been applied to each listing.
At GD > Permalinks you have checked the setting to include category in the URL, so, if the category is missing from the listing, then the url for the listing will not work. All listings require at least one category. Add the category and they should function as expected.
2# – Read more links – You have custom functions in your custom child theme. One or more of these functions is overwriting the ‘Read More’ text and the read more text link. The text and link, if left to it’s own, would appear the same as it does on your parent theme, Directory Starter, as shown here: https://wpgeo.directory/starter/places/restaurants/
The read more link generated by your function is not the correct listing link, and so you are seeing a 404 error when clicked.
You can take a look at your custom functions to find the function causing the problem and remove/disable it to address is yourself. I can also flag this for a developer to take a look. Before I do that, though, please first create a private reply that includes tested FTP information. Please include all the information so we have it in one place.

Thanks for writing in today.
Yes, it is possible to disable the parallax effect in Supreme Directory child theme by customizing your style.
Each page type has a CSS body class, so you can target this as needed:
This is the main CSS that makes it work:
.featured-img { background-position: 50% 50% !important; }This is targeted at the single page for a gd_place:
.single-gd_place .featured-img { background-position: 50% 50% !important; }This is targeted more widely at any CPT for a single page:
.single .featured-img { background-position: 50% 50% !important; }For more information about customizing your style as well as how to add custom CSS to your site, please see the related links below.
