Hello,
For editing the CSV, you can use a spreadsheet editor like LibreOffice to fill multiple cells.
Category count can be hidden with CSS. Make a private reply with the page URL where you want to make the change and we can try to help.
Hello!
Username and name and display ne are stored in the WP DB without any changes.
However, to create a link to allow users to change that info, try the loginbox widget

Hello,
try clearing your local browser cache and see if that fixes it.
Hello,
Thanks for writing in today.
The claim link does appear on the listing I checked.
Is this still an issue?
If so, yes, please do create a private reply and include admin details along with the steps to take to reproduce the issue.
Thanks
Hello,
Is this still an issue? The front page has adv search enabled and several field are visible.
Can you create a page that will scroll so all the options are visible?
Then you can check to see which options are not available to see if this is still an issue.
You can look into it yourself by verifying the settings on the db field.
Thanks
Hello,
Could you please add additional details to clarify your request, including the name of the fields you want to adjust, and the position you would like them in?
Thanks
Hello Tony,
Thanks for writing in today with your question. Sorry to hear those emails aren’t getting through.
Email issues are generally outside the scope of the GD plugin, as this is usually an issue situated between your host and your email sending agent, if you have one.
To get you started on a diagnosis, first off it’s great you have already verified that the notifications are being created with the mail-log plugin. That’s definitely the first step.
The next step is to find out if your site is sending any email that is being received at all. Is this issue also stopping new registration emails, too, then? And password reset emails? If so, then this is definitely an issue to take up with your host. Please make a ticket with your host and let us know the result of that.
You can make a private reply here to share your site URL so we can take a look, but without meaning to sound negative, we will likely only be able to verify what you have found so far.
Hi Vlad,
thanks for letting us know!
Hello,
glad we have a fix for now. Do remember to get your theme files sync’d up to the latest version.
It is expected that eventually Kleo will get a fix for the Ajax issue.
About image compression, no, we don’t have a recommendation because GD images, except the first featured image, reside outside the media library.
We do recommend you use a CDN, though, and you can try the one included with GD Booster.
Thanks again for your patience while we looking into this. Please feel free to make a new topic if more questions come up.
Hello,
You do not have the loginbox widget on the site, so I am unable to see existing listings or invoices, if they exist.
This is an invoicing related question: please direct your invoice related questions to the WP Invoicing forums. https://wpinvoicing.com/support/
I tried to add a listing with social importer, but it time out.
I added another listing manually. I proceed to pay, and with paypal, but after entering payment information the page eventually timed out.
It is my belief that your server is under-resourced. A 503 error is related to server resources. Please try adding more resources to try these operations again.
For further diagnosis, please supply a login that has a listing and invoice already in process. I understand you are trying to see if the error on the print button is a bug or not. As mentioned, it is probably a 503 server resource error, as I experienced 2 timeouts while using the site myself.

Please try making these work on your home page map first.
See the listing page section here for the snippet to override the listing page map in supreme:
Hello,
GeoDirectory Pricing Manager is for managing pricing and payments related to listing price packages only. However, it is integrated with WP Invoicing.
With WP Invoicing you can create items and then add the items to invoices, then send the invoices out.
Please direct your additional questions about Invoicing to the WP Invoicing support forum
Hello!
The support forums are for issues related to the installation or configuration of plugins, not customization of template files or plugin function.
As per our support policy
We provide GeoDirectory and its addons as are. We don’t provide customization services for them nor we support any 3rd Party customizations of our products. For customization we intend any html/css/php/js work that changes the way GeoDirectory and its addons look or function, in relation to the way we made GeoDirectory and its addons available to you.

Your question is related to general WordPress functionality which we do not support. If you are looking for code examples, you can find the use of shortcodes in templates within the Supreme Directory child theme home page and listings pages.
