That would be a customization, so, why not add a custom field with a link or HTML, Admin only, and make it a link to that tab?

Why wouldn’t you be able to leave the listing on the Admin package?
Maybe you want to consider automatically downgrading it to a free package?
In either case, make sure they are non-recurring packages, even if they have no expiry date.

That sounds odd. You should be able to delete categories, of course.

Moving the tags isn’t something simple that can be done with a snippet at this time and would be a customization.

Search does include all CPTs, Tags, and Categories as well as text content from the listings.

You are correct, GD does not do event bookings.
With the WP Invoicing plugin, you can add as many products as you like and place purchase buttons where you like. That might be enough for you, or you can go further and check out GD Vouchers, a 3rd party plugin that has some integration with GD.
