One thing that is easy to do is to change the page template. Edit the WP Page and look in Page Attributes for the Page Template and choose a different template.
You can also add your own content above and below the gd_add_listing shortcode.
Custom CSS can be used to change the styles of text and fields within the form itself.

For the details page, be sure to add the “GD Output Location” widget to the sidebar, and set it to display the “Details page sidebar”. You can set custom fields to display there with the “Show in extra output locations”->Details page sidebar option.
Also, any field can be displayed individually with more options using the GD Post Meta widget.
Try setting your permalinks for WP to ‘post-name’ and then set the GD Permalinks to “full location”
If that doesn’t work please check the credentials and re-post them, I am unable to login.
It looks like you need to add some GD Listings elements to the Location page.
Make sure that the “Enable location filter” is selected
It looks like that listing has an incomplete address. Shouldn’t it have something like ‘123 Station Road’?
Theme – Supreme and Whoop are ‘turn-key’ theme that have details page styles created with the launch of V2.
Category – Probably, but, why? For listings in different cities the Location Manager will still be needed. Categories and tags are special because 1) they are indexed in search and 2) they have their own archive pages.
Near Me – The Near Me function can be triggered in 3 ways, from the search bar, the location switcher, of the near me button. The user who shares location is then redirected to a page with a URL that includes lat lon coordinates and is shown a selection of listings based on the location page template. It is not a city page, but a page that uses the same format as a city page would.
When a user choose to view a city page like /places/united-states/california/san-francisco then location is ‘set’ similar to how the GPS works. Users that don’t use ‘near me’ can use links or search to navigate and browse listings.
January 13, 2020 at 4:55 pm in reply to: Paypal integration? With Geodirectory/User/Invoicing while integrating Affiliate #525391Hello,
PayPal will inform the users. We encourage new GD site owners to try checkout for a $1 recurring ‘real’ subscription to see how it works.
Affiliate WP integration is an addon for WP Invoicing and works with first payment only at this moment but there are plans to improve it.
Have you set the page in
WP Backend – GD – Settings – Pages – Add listing page ?
If so, please share wp admin credentials and login URL in a private reply.
January 13, 2020 at 4:47 pm in reply to: There is a typo in the css : Dashboard is misspelled #525389Thanks for reporting, the developers will take a look.
There are plans to do more with the other fields but for the time being only the Title field is displayed in the pricing row (Package field) in the add listing form.
Have you tried using a badge?
[gd_post_badge key="specialoffers" condition="is_empty" badge="No Special Offers at this time, sorry" bg_color="#0073aa" txt_color="#ffffff"]
Make sure to use the shortcode builder to get your key right.
The map has to start somewhere, yes.
