You have Yoast installed?
And have set GD titles and metas?If they aren’t working and you have selected the option to override Yoast yes that sounds like a bug.
Please share WP Admin credentials in a private reply so we can take a look.

I would try deactivating that users switching plugin or other non-GD addons. If it is a GD error it is not one I have seen before. You can try deactivating GD to see if it still happens.
I recommend you use a tag. The search for field will search tags, and you can use tags to filter with GD Listings.

GDV2 preview screens are not editable. They are launched in a separate tab. The user should go back to the original tab to edit and submit.
