If selecting multiselect doesn’t give you a multiselection widget to select categories, then please choose to share wp admin credentials in a private reply so we can check the site out. Don’t forget a login url.
The Plugin settings, specifically the settings in WP Backend -> GD -> Settings can be exported, but if you want everything, then duplicate the site. It won’t cause a problem to delete listings.
Sure, please share a link to the page so we can take a look.
That would require a customization outside of support because it is using more of the functionality (and code) from the Supreme theme, more than just the shortcode.
Excellent! Yes, they have docs here: https://addicted2web.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/sections/360004421692-Listimia-GeoDirectory
December 4, 2019 at 3:07 pm in reply to: Configuration for a site subscription model instead of a pay per listing model #519898We don’t recommend any particular solution for that because we plan to add that feature in the future.
Pricing Manager isn’t required for Claim manager or any other addons.
Business hours has a special timezone feature. When a listing is added or edited, and the map pin is changed, if the address is checked from the API, then the timezone of the address is also retrieved.
The timezone of the business hours is then updated with an offset. For example, if the site timezone is GMT (0), and a listing is added in Philadelphia, the timezone offset is updated as -5, which is the offset from UTC.
In your case if the site timezone is GMT 0 then the offset is +5.5

If so please attach and we can look at the data.

I am not sure what you are looking for is ‘search’.
Maybe what you should do is give links to each region/state page so users can see all the contents?
There is an error on the site and I cannot see it. Is it up for you?

December 4, 2019 at 12:57 am in reply to: Logo displays instead of "featured image" in listing grid #519812Hello,
To change the behavior of the GD Post Images element, you should open up the shortcode builder.
Inside the shortcode builder, choose the GD Post Images element and make sure to click the blue button to see all the options.
For your case you will want to disable the fallback images for logo, perhaps writing in the default category image instead.
Further, disable the soon to be deprecated show logo option.
You will then need to replace the GD Post Images element in your Archive item template with the one you have just created.
