    Hi Team,
I think i am missing some important settings in the website because it does not show the correct opening hours. It could be time zone settings i am not sure. have a look on the image.

Right now it is 12:30 my time Indian Standard time.

Some listings shows closed as of now which is incorrect because time falls in opening hours time slot for these businesses.

Please advise what can be the reason for that if you have come across any problems in past. I am also checking from my end.

    Thanks

    Hi Surender Mehra,

Thanks for your post. Kindly check your WP timezone settings here in Wp > Settings > General > Timezone and make sure that it’s configured correctly. https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/places/custom/#business-hours

    Hi Kor,
I have updated the timezone and it seems still after doing that we need to correct the time saved in GD as when i tried import/export i saw time was saved as below.

    [“Mo 10:00-21:00″,”Tu 10:00-21:00″,”We 10:00-21:00″,”Th 10:00-21:00″,”Fr 10:00-21:00”],[“UTC”:”+5.5″]

But for some listings it was [“UTC”:”0″]

which means we need to update all listings with time saved as [“UTC”:”0″].

Please correct me if i am wrong.

    Thanks
    Surender Mehra

Business hours has a special timezone feature. When a listing is added or edited, and the map pin is changed, if the address is checked from the API, then the timezone of the address is also retrieved.

The timezone of the business hours is then updated with an offset. For example, if the site timezone is GMT (0), and a listing is added in Philadelphia, the timezone offset is updated as -5, which is the offset from UTC.

In your case if the site timezone is GMT 0 then the offset is +5.5
