If you mean the special offers field, it is not possible to filter the map directly, but you could create a new WP Page, add a GD Map set to Archive, then use GD Listings on the same page with show_special_only=”1″ , then the map would show those listings.
GD Post Images has support for display of fallback images with a shortcode like this:

Usually this is a theme issue, and we would need WP Admin and FTP to debug and find a solution for the theme.
If you are using an SEO plugin, make sure you have values in the GD Settings for Titles and Metas.

That isn’t currently possible without a customization.
Let me check with the developers if there is a workaround.
How did you setup the sort? Is SPA a checkbox? Did you try switching ascending to descending or vice versa?
You can make a direct link to a category.
However, selecting them individually for GD Categories is not currently available.

No, V2 allows users to register with a name and email on the add listing page, without going through a different form.
