Well, when you edit special offers, that is what shows in the coupon tab, yes? Maybe change the field label to coupons?

there are a couple possibilities
1. The fields are not enabled. Visit the fields and check “Enabled / Active”
2. The field has not been included in a price package. Visit the field and mark which packages should include the field.If those arent the fix, please share WP Admin and we can check the settings.
