You can export them, add a category and location, re-import/update, and then delete them.

WordPress has an internal counter for slugs, any unique item that is used in a URL, and a lot of slugs are created during an installation.
Setting specific category IDs falls outside of what we can help with here in support.

You can adjust the expiry date manually, certainly.
There isn’t a way to disable emails for a single package as far as I know but I will ask the developers if there is a hook for that.It is not possible to reorder them without a customization.
At this time it is not possible to make zip required with the settings available, but I will make a note of that for consideration for future versions. In our experience most folks don’t need it to be required and in a significant number of cases for rural sites it causes issues. As a general policy we build things that the majority of users will use.

That is what pre-bank transfer is for, effectively. You can rename it in the settings.
