That is because you are using multi-select custom fields.
Only Select (Single select) type fields can be added to the search bar.That means that the strings in those lines have not got the needed replacement tags in them. You can open the file in poedit to see the original translations and make sure your translations contain the replacement vars like %s etc.
Generally, yes, but GD doesn’t do it, you will need a 3rd party plugin. There are lots of them our there so try one or two and see which one fits your needs on your site.
