you should not import locations. It is not necessary and may end up creating duplicates that create conflicts later on.
Instead, locations are added automatically when a new listing is created.

featured field is controlled by the price package when Pricing and Payment managed is installed. If the package includes featured, every listing with that package will be featured.
For the category issue, please describe what you are trying to do.

That is from Divi. If you turn Divi back on then those may render.
GeoDirectory sorting will do package ID order. Sorting by a custom sort order will require a customization outside of what we can help with in support.

we are checking into this.
Offhand it seems like a good idea that the user should fill in all the fields to make it recurring, and that failing to make it a recurring event should not cause an error. That said I will check with the developers about it.

Did you export the listing or otherwise verify that lat and lon were empty?
We don’t recommend hiding those fields, in general.
