If information is missing, it could be due to a mismatch between the CSVs.
You should export listings from the target site and see if the CSV columns match.GDV2 has significant upgrades for importing listings, including fetching images from a URL in the CSV. For V1 you will need to load the images by FTP.
Go ahead and remove the plugin now, and add it back if you need it again.
When you import a listing, the addon will grab any and all information that it can for basic fields like title, description, location, or dates for events. There are items that are excluded based on the platform and page type. Each platform lends itself to different opportunities, and we plan to update documentation for the scraper functionality after V2 is released to wordpress.org. The scraper feature is uniquely subject to issues due to updates on the platform, updates which often require us to make updates to the plugin. We rely on our members to report issues like that so we can make updates as needed. If you run into an issue with addon in the meantime please do report it in a new topic in the forum.
Only non-Archive pages show a footer.
This is an archive page – /places/…
Showing a footer would require a customization.Renewal for free is not necessary if free ‘never expires’. Other than that they look ok based on your case.
I have confirmed this on my test site, too.
I will create a task for this to be looked at by the developers, thanks for reporting. There was a change to the way textareas work, it may be this has caused unintended effects.
We will post back with an update when available.
Excellent!
Not sure I understand. Are you saying you want to hide Comments on other CPTs? You can do something like that with CSS. If you have a specific need, please say more and we can try to help.
1. Set the free package for 0 years non-recurring – it is forever.
2. Set it as non-recurring 1 year, downgrade to free.
3. Yes, that is wise. Often I set both to 1000.You can use the custom fields options “Show in what locations” to choose which fields show where.
Is that an HTML field?
Please share WP Admin so we can take a look at the settings.
This reply has been marked as private. No, you need to contact the plugin or service about how to add the script.
We don’t have any magical advice for formatting HTML in that field. It is designed for text descriptions, the most common usage.
The most common solution is to bypass the package field by making it admin only.
Then make a separate pricing page, then add butttons to link to the add-listing form.
The button you make should have a link to the package. If you click through the packages you will see each has a separate URL.
Hope that helps.
The first sort will order all the listings, and those with the same attributes (All featured) for example, can be sorted again in a sub-sort.
To do a sub-sort, add another sort option, and indent it (drag right) under the main option. You can add as many as you like.Great Question! I have updated the docs about that subject here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/places/sorting/#sub-sort
Please review the settings.
I have adjusted the basic listing to be not recurring, and now the premium can be downgraded to it.
Make sure the types match.
Also review the pricing manager advanced options about renewal of free packages. -
