And now another problem – claim listing was working yesterday – now timing out and sticking. (see attachment)
Please can you help. I have searched high and low for answers to these problems on forums and on the internet and nothing is helping.

Well I don’t understand why I can’t get access to the places/events etc from the frontend.
Can you have a look at my site and let me know. My client does not want your GD homepage so I have no sidebar. You can see that I have a link at the bottom of the page to click through to register.
My dashboard only gives the option to add listings and events and special offers but no option to amend.
I am really confused. Some guidance from you or your team would be appreciated. I have invested a lot of time on this plugin and would like to be able to get it to do what I bought the full package for.

I would like it to appear as an option in each listing page.
If this is not possible how can I add it in the sidebar on each page?

I don’t have the option to add the address. I have read through the documentation and can’t find how to add this. Sorry for the numerous questions but not finding this very straight forward. can you assist me further?

Can you tell me how I can add the map to the customer fields in Place settings? I want the map to appear on each listing too. I don’t see an option for it.

I see that it’s working now on that page but the “no records found” message is back on this page

Thanks for your reply but I am still struggling to get this to appear.
let me explain myself a bit more clearly.
I have my listings set up already eg here http://www.cunninglygoodbuild.com/places/eat-drink-1/delivino/
I have my login set up so that the business owners can set up an account and access the listings. http://www.cunninglygoodbuild.com/local-business-login/
Once the business owners have set up their account I want them to be able to sign in and click on their business listing and have a tick box or sidebar that gives them the option to claim the listing.
Everything you have said to me doesn’t make sense. Even if I add a sidebar the option doesn’t show (what widget do I need to add for it to appear)
Please help with my query. it is the ONLY part of the site that I can’t get to work and I need to get this live very soon. The claim listing is the main reason I went for this GD product.

If you look at the site I have uploaded by csv all the listings. I have not set up the sidebar which shows the Business owner part.
The client wants the pages set as I have done them. My question is – once the customer sets up an account so they can sign in how do they then claim the listing that is theirs?
Where is the option to do this? I can see the option to claim listing in the back-end each listing but not on the front end.

This reply has been marked as private.Thanks but even when I am signed in as kim fox it takes me to the listing but when I click on edit all the data has disappeared from the form and I have to start over again. I hoped that if I was signed in and went directly to my listing it would allow me to add a speacial offer to the listing without filling it all in again.
Maybe I have set it up incorrectly but I can’t think how to change it. Any suggestions please?
