Nevermind my previous post. I have not even got this started and I already had to pay my developer to work on a well known problem you are having. Please delete my posts as I am choosing another plug-in.
FYI, people like me who run large successful websites would pay extra for phone support!
I am having the same problem and I am waiting for the Google API Team to contact me.
Is there any other documentation to fix this?
