Just FYI: It is usually best to start your own topic, this one is marked as resolved so can sometimes be missed. We have several support staff from around the world, if whoever picks up the support request can’t solve it they will flag it (internally) for a senior member of staff, if they can’t solve it, it will then be passed to me, if it is going to take a long time to solve i will usually ask for skype, this is very rare though, usually 1-2 times a month i ask for skype, i usually have things solved before then 🙂
I am not sure why you spent money on a dev before coming to us?
