Sweet! That did the trick. It’s all cool, Paolo.

There was one more issue regarding centering the site title and tagline via GDF Options. I don’t recall, but I used custom CSS to center the site title and tagline. Please add that note as well for whenever you get around to the theme’s update 🙂

    Thanks

P.S. would appreciate if you hid my page content in reply #57204. Cheers

Hi Paolo, I’m manipulating that page for myself, I know it has custom CSS/codes on that page.

My issue is just those funky h1 tags of the theme.

Have you had a chance to look at my #56674 reply? My concern is on that h1 tag’s width vs. h2/h3/h4. It appears to be displaced with width set to 1040px as opposed to other h-tags set at 976px. There should be no CSS affecting this. Check out the screenshots in that reply and let me know if this falls outside the support.

This was an issue before I created my /home and /home-2 page for tweaking custom design.

Hey Paolo, I agree if you find yourself looking at custom HTML, feel free to close the thread.

Hi Paolo, slightly confused as this h1 misalignment is part of the Geodirectory Framework Child theme.

I took away the Page Title that shows up (display:none) and the other stuff is from Shortcodes. It was pretty much a copy of the first page, which didn’t really involve any new codes.

    Awesome, noted for future imports.

    Thanks Stiofan!

One last Q: How can I erase my gd_place entries? Since it’s default, I can’t delete it via custom post type.

Hi Paolo, I used Open Office to convert and change. I’m still stuck at final 7 items (1%).

I’m trying some other stuff as well. In the mean time, any other ideas to test out?

    Hi Stiofan,

No luck. Got stuck at final 1% again.

The list I’m trying to upload came from an export from gd_places, another list in geodirectory.

I couldn’t find the original CSV I uploaded to create this list, but what I’m trying to upload now came from an export from another directory using the export feature.

What I did was export the file, opened in Google Drive excel to remove the last 20 items, then saved and downloaded the file and imported it onto my GeoDirectory.

Could using Google Drive excel affect the file? I do recall reading somewhere about this issue. I also used Google Drive excel for my original files uploaded to gd_places.

Edit: What I changed in the file are two columns: post_category, and post_type. If these were incorrect, would the upload still suggest 99% have been imported?

Hi Paolo, Thanks! I’m not entirely sure where to put this change… Tried Ctrl+f to find the add_filter in functions.php in framework and child theme… Where can I make this change?
