I don’t know if this is related but:
A search for “Mac’s” returns 5 results including Mac’s Bar.
A search for “Mac’s Bar” returns 0 results.
A search for ” “Mac’s Bar” ” (all in quotes) returns 1 result. This only seems to be a problem for listings with an Apostrophe in them. I am using OSX on desktop

February 5, 2020 at 5:41 pm in reply to: V1 features coming to V2? (visitor location, search radius) #528932I thought I could just turn off autocomplete for locations but that killed the Near Me feature.
It seems like the autocomplete should require at least a single (1) character. Otherwise, on a site like mine with many locations you get a pretty useless list of cities that begin with “A” (attached)

I don’t think both locations are using the same internet uplink because it was doing the same with a prior (3rd) location in another US state. I was only able to “forget” that location by restarting the browser.
If it were on mobile I could see using the same carrier server or something but I’ve been on desktop in multiple coffee shops and a hotel that should all be on different systems.
I recently added a Google Geocoding API Key. Maybe that has something to do with it?
This reply has been marked as private.Ok. I thought it was built into GeoDirectory since it is in the GeoDirectory settings to add a Featured Image for locations. It seems weird to offer it in the Location Meta settings if it is only utilized by a particular theme.
Should I try taking this up with Listimia developers?
This reply has been marked as private. This worked for me when using GDV1 and Supreme Theme. I was using All-In-One SEO then.
I prefer to use Rank Math SEO plugin. It also has an option for Open Graph Image but it shows the same image regardless of Location.
I’d like to take advantage of the Featured Image for each Location. Is there a way to put the image into the page but hidden? Then perhaps it will show when shared, if an Open Graph Image is not set.
I’m using Listimia.
