What would the CSS code be to change the text and text hover colours too?

I want the dark blue header to appear on the homepage behind my logo and menu links? (It does this on all my other web pages just not the homepage).

I have tried this but it doesn’t seem to be removing the “Read more” as I wanted. It just seems to have added “key is missing” above that section?

OK that sounds great.

I have added new text area fields as the tabs now. However I can’t work out where I can edit the text that sits in these fields? It doesn’t appear to be within the actual Place’s post.

I appreciate this might be quite a basic question but I can’t find which page it sits on.
