URL For Profile Pages Not Working

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    None of the URLs for my profile pages seem to be working, instead they are all redirecting to a page saying:

    “Not Found
    This is somewhat embarrassing, isn’t it?
    It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try a search?”

    This is eventhough the url for a place is the exact same as the url within my search bar.

    Any idea what could be causing this?

    Try resaving permalinks, as described here, when that happens:
