I’m not sure I understand fully what you mean.

So if I want to select Indonesia->Bali, or Indonesia->Jakarta, then I should stop at Country->Region ? and use Country/Region as permalinks ?

But I do have some other cities such as Hong Kong which i think Region is New Territories , City is Hong Kong ?

My main challenge is that even though I have set on the admin to only Enabled selected cities, the auto-suggest will keep adding new cities and I have to keep merging them.
